NetNeutrality in INDIA

It's the most critical topic of our current times, that whether there should be a complete Net Neutrality around the GLOBE or not? Well, actually the world is divided between the two point-of-views. First, The Common Chaps, The Consumers, or The Customers(includes Website Owners) find it highly discriminating of Telecom Companies(TELECOs) taking away our privilege of free and unrestricted internet access...I mean,, "Why the h*ll a Telecom Company should decide which Internet Based Company is best for me to buy my Undergarments?",,"& If I am accessing web-content other than recommended for me by the telecoms, I had to pay EXTRA for that..!!",,"The internet speed will be controlled between accessing recommended & non-recommended websites by TELECOs",, "For extra speed, I need to pay Extra Again!!",,, like these, there are many questions that can be raised against TELECOs stand against Net Neutrality.

INTERNET TOLLBOOTH
Also, there's another big question that is being raised, that if TELECOs are going to decide which Website is worthy for the user to shop on, then what are the standards these decisions will be based on? let's take an example,, There are two lifestyle products selling companies X&Y which came with an Offer to TELECOs,, X-says: I'll give you x amount, help me sell my products, give users extra speed on my webpage, and limit web browsing speed of my competitor Y..!! ,, Y-says: I'll give you the x+y amount, help me sell my products, give users extra speed on my webpage, and limit web browsing speed of my competitor X..!! Now, it's quite clear that TELECOs will benefit Y as it is paying more than X, and as soon as we access X for shopping it will start occurring that speed on Y was way better than X & naturally, half of the customers will shift on Y to shop their product and naturally this will affect the internet flow of traffic and so the product quality is far run. Now, when the website owner had to give "extra money" to TELECOs for maintaining their traffic, SO naturally this Extra-Cost will indirectly be raised through the End-User either in money or in quality..!!

Different Packages with Extra Costs
Second, Tele-Companies or Service Providers(TELECOs) have their own point of view. According to TELECOs, they deserve to have a CUT in website earning's,, In spite of the fact, that year after year the net profit of TELECOs is gaining, more and more per/person data usage is increasing which is a direct profit, even they charge for extra bytes after original data-bytes depletes,, which only proves that TELECOs are never going out of profit in Telecom Industry..!!. So what're the Hiccups all about?? Obviously its MONEY..!! Lots of MONEY, which TELECOs are aiming for..!!. Now at this point, it's the duty of the Government to intervene and make sure TELECOs don't cross the line that could further increase the burden on common chaps. TELECOs should understand that they are not completely a private entity but partly owned by the Taxpayers..ie.Users and they are in no position to expect their CUT's from anything they haven't invented..!!!
